3. Nature of the service
Firmato is an application layer for orchestration, document management, workflows, billing, audit and integrations. 4. Intellectual property and licence
Firmato software, interface, design, databases, original texts, documentation, application marks and proprietary components are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law. Firmato may integrate hosting, email, payment services, KYC/identity verification, QTSPs, tax systems and other APIs. 6. Published information and no case-specific professional advice
Website materials, FAQs and educational content are general information and do not replace legal, tax, notarial, technical or professional advice for a specific matter. The legal effect of a signing method depends on the signature level, process, document and applicable law.
7. External links and security
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. UESE does not generally control third-party content, availability or security. Users should verify the domain, TLS certificate and context before entering credentials or confidential information.
8. Applicable law and mandatory rights
For B2B relationships, unless an order, framework agreement or mandatory rule provides otherwise, the relationship with UESE is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the choice of Italian law does not deprive the consumer of protection afforded by mandatory rules of the country of habitual residence where Union conflict-of-laws rules so provide.

10. Versioning, precedence and evidence retention
Firmato records the version made available and, where the application flow provides for acceptance, the corresponding acceptance evidence including date, account and technical audit information. Material changes may require renewed acknowledgement or acceptance. Language and country are separate variables: language determines the linguistic version, while country determines the applicable national supplement.
